Great experience! Problem with hot water cylinder fixed in no time on a Saturday 🙂

Laser Christchurch West have always been there to help out when needed mostly in emergencies. They get it right first time. Cant recommend enough.

A friendly and professional team to deal with. Top quality work - happy to recommend to others.

The plumbers were very friendly. The job they did for us was done quickly and efficiently and kept us up to date with what and how they were doing the job. I would recommend these guys for sure

Both Jill and Jordan made the repairs of our shower painless and now the whole family love the shower again. Getting the kids out under 10mins a shower is now our new problem hahaha. Thanks Team. 🙂

The plumber was highly knowledgeable and approachable, and completed the repair promptly and efficiently. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Blocked drain. good job done. knew what he was up to. great conversations. Thanks Alistair.

Earthquake during Covid lockdown caused buried water line to fracture Laser attended (as we are an essential supplier), the same morning. Problem fixed in no time . Very impressed with tradesman and definitely will use Laser again.

Had a burst water pipe and so had to turn off all the water to my property. Phoned Laser Plumbing, who reprioritised their jobs that day and had the problem fixed within a couple of hours.

Toilet floor carpet very wet from leaking water. Laser came and replaced perished seal the following day after I rang them.

Second time I used them, this time for a more urgent repair, professional job, reasonable price and good communication from Tayla from the West Christchurch/Rolleston branch.

I called Laser Plumbing Christchurch West to check for hidden leaks coming from the wall next to a wet room tiled shower. Josh was on time phoning as promised when he left the depot..He was professional, friendly and thorough but quick. He tested all the plumbing pipework and taps etc thoroughly to eliminate any faults inside the wall. He then suggested further methods requiring a builder and or tiler to investigate. Very happy with the service and would use again. I am a retired electrician and recognise a good tradesman when I see one.

Josh was great to work with and understood the problems we were experiencing, I would highly recommend Laser Plumbing services

Tenanted property had a leak of unknown origin (I didn’t go to inspect.) My usual plumbers were on holiday and so were many others. Laser was available the same day. Plumber found and repaired the leak, also checked ceiling space and hot water cylinder, supplied photos with invoice. Price for the job was good.

I would like to thank Josh and the Laser Plumbing team for their response to replacing our broken and faulty household taps. I actually called Laser but their lines were busy so I didn't leave a message and was going to call back but Josh actually called me back saying he had a missed call, impressive. He worked through our equipment requirements then forwarded pricing and data for us. When the equipment was obtained Jordan came to our house to do the tap installation job. Jordan was very professional, polite and certainly knew his stuff and completed an excellent job, thanks Jordan. I would recommend Laser Plumbing for anyone requiring any plumbing work to be done. Well done, thanks guys.

We have used Laser Plumbing West for many years at a number of properties and have found their staff to be experienced and pleasant to deal with. Pricing varies but has always been reasonable for the service provided.

Josh and his team are amazing. I called through with a problem with my roof cylinder. Repair was sorted within the hour. Friendly and well mannered.

My hot water cylinder leaked Easter Sat, Laser Plumbing came out and drained cylinder, then installed new mains pressure cylinder Tues. I had been on low pressure hot water previously. Great to change to mains pressure. Plumber worked hard all day to get work done.
